If you are getting 503 errors when you log in to the site, then IIS Application Pool is shutting down.
As a workaround, either add a new pooling from the pooling advanced settings>
Select NetworkService instead of ApplicatiInPoolIndentity and restart IIS.

The IIS 7.0 503 error will fix the Application Pool error.
