The Management panel is the central control interface of DeskGate where system configuration, user management, and operational settings are accessed. This panel is designed for administrators who require direct and secure control over the DeskGate environment.
Access to the Management panel is restricted and requires verified credentials to ensure that only authorized personnel can manage system-level operations.
To open the Management panel, the administrator must enter the registered email address, account password, and the fixed IP address of the server where DeskGate is installed. Each field plays a critical role in validating access.
The fixed server IP ensures that the login request is directed to the correct on-premise installation, reinforcing DeskGate’s self-hosted and controlled access architecture.
After entering the required information, the administrator completes the process by clicking the Login button. DeskGate verifies the credentials and server identity before granting access to the Management panel.
This authentication process prevents unauthorized access and ensures that management actions are performed only within the intended server environment.
By requiring email, password, and fixed IP verification, DeskGate enforces a secure and deliberate management access model. This approach aligns with enterprise security standards and supports controlled, on-premise operation.
The Management panel serves as the foundation for all administrative tasks, making secure access a critical component of reliable system operation.
