In the User Statistics Summary section, administrators can view the total time users spend on their computers. This provides a clear understanding of overall system usage and working patterns.
The report highlights the most frequently used programs and the most visited websites. These insights help identify productivity trends and understand how systems are utilized.
User Statistics Summary also includes hard disk fullness information. This allows early detection of storage-related risks and supports proactive system management.
Reports can be limited to a specific date range, enabling focused analysis for selected periods.
User statistics reports can be downloaded in Word, PDF, and Excel formats, supporting documentation, sharing, and offline analysis.
